(Registration includes six hosted meals (4 lunches, 2 dinners), notebook, software, copy services, and 40 clock hrs.)

ü Participants must bring with them a scientific calculator, all Applied Math teachers editions of the textbooks they plan to use during the coming year (A-12 required for first year).

ü A computer and printer would also be extremely useful.

Deadline for registration is December 21, 2008.

No Registrations accepted after this date.

The Winter Conference starts at 8:00 AM, January 16th and ends at noon on January 20th.

Two (2) graduate or three (3) continuing education credits are available from CWU for an additional fee of $50 per credit.

WAMC CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Districts or individuals wishing to reserve a slot may do so by sending a check with a registration form for $250 with the remainder payable at check-in. Deposits are non-refundable. The total amount ($485) will be due for cancellations received after December 21, 2008. An administrative fee of $75 will be charged for all canceled reservations received prior to December 21, 2008. All cancellations must be in writing. Districts may make substitutions with a written notification at least 3 days prior to the conference.
